NGAOUNDERE : A CORPSE DISCOVERED IN A WELL

After the period of the new year celebration, some people though seeing 2024, they were not able to live throughout the year. Recently, a macabre discovery was made on Wednesday 3^rd, January 2024 in a well of water in Ngaoundéré, located in the Adamawa region of Cameroon.

A 03-year-old child was found dead, drowned, in a well of more than 25 metres deep in the Bamyanga hamadjingui neighbourhood.

The Ngaoundéré fire brigade was alerted in the early mornings of Wednesday 3^rd January 2024 to the presence of a 3-year-old male child in a well.

“Thanks to the implementation of the Rescue and Fall Protection Package, the victim was extracted, dead, conditioned, and left in the care of his family”, information gotten from a source.

The circumstances surrounding this tragedy are not yet clear. An investigation is expected to shed light on the tragedy.
