Chadwick Boseman was an American actor who was born on November 29, 1976, in Anderson, South Carolina. He grew up in a working-class family and developed a passion for storytelling and performing at a young age.

Boseman attended T.L. Hanna High School and later graduated from Howard University in Washington, D.C., where he studied directing. During his time at Howard, he also attended the British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England.

After completing his studies, Boseman began his acting career in theater, performing in various stage productions. He made his television debut in an episode of the series « Third Watch » in 2003. Over the next few years, he appeared in several television shows, including « Law & Order, » « CSI: NY, » and « ER. »

In 2013, Boseman’s breakthrough came when he was cast as the iconic baseball player Jackie Robinson in the biographical film « 42. » His powerful portrayal of Robinson earned him critical acclaim and put him in the spotlight. He followed this success with another notable performance as James Brown in the biopic « Get on Up » in 2014.

However, it was Boseman’s role as T’Challa, also known as Black Panther, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe that truly solidified his status as a Hollywood star. He first portrayed the character in « Captain America: Civil War » in 2016 and then went on to star in his own standalone film, « Black Panther, » in 2018. The film became a massive success, both critically and commercially, and Boseman’s portrayal of the superhero garnered widespread praise.

Aside from his work as « Black Panther« , Boseman also appeared in other notable films such as « Marshall » (2017), « 21 Bridges » (2019), “Da 5 Bloods » and “Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom” in (2020).
