HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR THE INDOMITABLE LIONS IN THEIR NEXT MATCH (CAMEROON VS SENEGAL)

On Thursday 18 January 2024, Cameroonian football manager,  Rigobert Song and Georges Kevin Nkoudou faced the press at the Charles Konan Banny stadium at 11.45am to give their pre-match impressions.

The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon manager gave a winning speech at the press conference. Like his player, the Indomitable Lions’ manager and coach displayed a winning attitude in his speech. “Now is not the time for speeches, we have to win the match”, said the former captain of the Cameroon team.

As for Christopher Wooh, who went off injured against Guinea, he said the decision would be taken today as to whether or not he would feature in tomorrow’s match.

In response to a question about a possible problem with André Onana in the dressing room, Rigobert Song was reassuring. “There is no problem with André Onana. He arrived and has integrated perfectly”, he said.

In conclusion, the two-time African champion called on Cameroonians to unite. “People must stay positive, believe in us and not lose hope »,he urged.

The match to take place today, Friday 19th January, at the Yamoussoukro stadium, is a high-stakes affair for the Indomitable Lions.
