BAMENDA DECOMPOSED BODY DISCOVERED IN A NEARBY FARM

Though a lot has happened in the North west sector of Cameroon, a lot still leaves the inhabitants in serious shock. In Bamenda, precisely the new road neighbourhood in the Bamenda III subdivision, the people in that zone discovered a dead body that has been abandoned and was already decomposing.

This happened on Wednesday 17th January 2024, when the corpse of a dead woman was discovered beside a farm in the new road neighbourhood.

According to eye witnesses, the lady cannot be identified but the body shows she is in her mid 20s. Some inhabitants say she might be a victim of the shooting that took place on Sunday 14th January 2024.

The authorities of the Bamenda III council and the security forces of that zone were notified and they immediately rushed to the scene and investigations have been launched to discover who the lady is and what happened to her. While that going on, her body has been displaced to a better place.

For the shooting on Sunday, locals revealed that there was a serious shooting session on Sunday 14th night breaking Monday, and a car was set ablaze.

The Northwest that used to once be a place of peace is now a place of fear and terror.
