THE 237 LIONESSES U20 BEATEN IN A FRIENDLY MATCH

The 237 Lionesses U20, recently played their third friendly match on Wednesday 27th December 2023, at the CAF Centre of Excellence in Mbankomo. They lost to the Apejes U17s (0-3).

They are currently in a training camp, in preparation for the double-header against Egypt in the final round of qualifiers for the World Cup, after the Lionesses U20 lost (3-0) on Wednesday in a friendly against the U17 men’s team from Apejes in Mfou, they want to train and better off their skills in order to be up to the next task ahead. On the whole, the coach has noted some progress despite a few niggles in the team.

Cameroon is in the 4th and final qualifying round for the Under-20 World Cup. They will face Egypt in a double-header on 12th and 19th January 2024.
