MOROCCO : THE 22ND EDITION OF THE KHOURIGBA AFRICAN FILM FESTIVAL

The 22nd edition of the Khouribga African Film Festival (KAFF) will take place from March 12 to 19, concomitantly with the centenary celebration of the Office chérifien des phosphate (OCP), we learned from the organizers.
On the menu for this edition, are the screening of films in official competition, a main conference, training workshops, tribute meetings, screenings in the local prison, and several parallel activities, in the provinces of the region, according to this report.

This 22nd edition of the KAFF, the organization of which was scheduled for the end of March and the beginning of April 2020, has been postponed to March 2022 in order to preserve the health security of citizens and Festival guests, in accordance with the precautionary measures against the COVID-19.

The KAFF, whose first edition dates back to 1977, is considered one of the oldest film festivals in Morocco and the third continent-wide African film festival.
