JULIET IBRAHIM: MISS GHALLYWOOD CURVY

The popular actress/Film Producer/Singer, Juliet Ibrahim was born on March 3, 1986, in Accra, Ghana. According to African traditions, she is normally to be recognised as a Lebanese since her father is a Lebanese but she got her nationality and citizenship to be seen as a Ghanian respectively. The Nollywood-Ghanian actress is from a family of 4. She and her siblings were brought up in Lebanon and Ivory Coast due to a war outbreak in Liberia during a certain period and it brought lots of families to their knees. It happens to be coincidental that Juliet has a junior sister who is following her footsteps in acting Sonia Ibrahim (Television Presenter, Actress and Model).

She did her elementary School Education in Lebanon, and from there, she relocated and did her Secondary School in Ivory Coast. The actress later on got enrolled at the Ghana Institute of Languages, where she majored in English, French and Spanish. As she completed her studies from this prestigious institute, she became trilingual in three languages which are English, French and Spanish. She furthered her education at the Ghana Institute of Journalism, where she studied Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations.

Ibrahim made her acting debut by the year 2005 in the movie “Crime to Christ” starring Majid Michael another Ghallywood Actor. Her first Nollywood movie is entitled “Yankee Boys” and afterward, she has featured in over 50 of movies. She began producing her own movies by the year 2014 beginning with the movie “Number One Fan”, where she starred in as an actress who is being stalked by a psycho fan in the film. She went on and worked on a second movie called “Shattered Romance”, which features Nollywood and Ghallywood actors and it caused a fanfaronade in Accra, Ghana. Still in 2014, she introduced her new tv series entitled “Every Woman Has a Story” where it is being aired on several of Ghana National Television Channels also with her reality show “The Perfect Assistant”.

This actress has been nominated for several awards like in 2010, she had an Achievement Award by City People Magazine, Accra and also the Ghana Movie Personality of the year still by the City People Magazine, Lagos, still in the year 2010, and she got an award by Ghana Movie Awards as the Best Lead Actress in a movie. In 2014, she earned the Best Ghanian Actress by City People Entertainment, in 2016 she got Actress of the Year Award by Starzzawards and she has gotten many more.

Other than acting and being a Producer, she is a successful entrepreneur as she owns a smart beauty empire comprising a Beauty Salon known as “Envoque Beauty Parlor”, a boutique known as “House of Glamour”, a modelling agency called “Dolfins Agency” as well as a Production house called “Jewels Production”. Sources also reveal that, the superstar is an active investor in the stock market. She also extended her skills and got into song writing and singing, she is also a Music Producer. The kind-hearted actress is seen to have a heart of gold as she has a foundation called “Juliet Ibrahim’s Foundation” where she helps the needy in Ghana, her foundation is known of good deeds and one of the acts was when her foundation got involved in a serious fund raise to aid a 15-year-old boy who needed a kidney transplant. She also has joined welfare groups to change the lives of unfortunate and vulnerable Ghanaians.
