THE POSSESSION OF HANNAH GRACE: OVERCOMING THE CADAVER

“The Possession of Hannah Grace” is a 2018 movie, directed by Diederik Van Roojien and written by Brian Steve. It was released precisely on November 30^th 2018 by Sony Pictures Releasing. This movie made about $43 million round the world.

The movie tells the story of a shocking exorcism which turns to be out of control, and claiming the life of a young lady. Several months later, morgue worker, Megan Reed (Shay Mitchell) takes delivery of a disfigured dead body during the graveyard shift. Locked inside the basement corridors, Megan at first thought her vison deceived her thinking the dead body was possessed and alive by a demonic force. She later on had to fight the possessed body and overcome it by herself after she thought losing her cop boyfriend was the worst trauma, she could have gotten not knowing she still had more in stock.

The movie became successful through its cast who are: “Shay Mitchell as – Megan Reed”, “Stana Katic as- Lisa Roberts2, “Kirby Johnson as- Hannah Grace”, “Grey Demon as- Andrew Kurtz”, “Nick Thune as- Randy”, “Jacob Ming-Trent as – Ernie Gainor”, “Max MCNamara as- Dave”, and “Louis Herthum as – Grainger Grace”. Together with the production team, directing team, and who ever participated made the movie a success.

 The Possession of Hannah Grace collected $14.8 million in the United States and Canada, and $28.2 million in other territories, for a total worldwide collection of $43 million, against a production budget of about $7.7 million.

According to Rotten Tomatoes, the film made an approval rating of 18% based on 55 reviews, with and average 4.2/10. Despite that, the movie still made millions.
